Geriatric Investment Program

The Nursing School Geriatric Investment Program (NSGIP) focused on a variety of approaches to advance the quality of health care to older adults. Each School of Nursing contributed a unique and essential building block to the overall framework for a national geriatric nursing educational program. In addition to the $225,000 John A. Hartford Foundation award, each school provided a total of $75,000 matching funds over the course of the three year grant.
