coursework and accessible learning resources (including on-line, distance learning opportunities).
- Enrich doctoral students· experiences related to healthy aging and geriatric care through developing enhanced
course work and research opportunities.
- Increasing the number of School of Nursing staff with expertise in geriatric care and healthy aging.
- Develop accessible (i.e. distance learning, web-based) courses for nursing home administrators and others in long-term care settings and developing a certificate program in geriatric nursing for practicing nurses in the community.
