Advisory Committee

The BAGNC Advisory provides expertise on the direction and evaluation of the Scholars program.

The Advisory Committee consists of: the five directors of the John A. Hartford Foundation funded Centers for Geriatric Nursing Excellence, the program director, the director of the National Institute for Nursing, the director of the John A. Hartford Foundation Institute for the Advancement of Geriatric Nursing, the director of the JAHF Leadership Program and three ex-officio members; the former AAN president, the former American Association of Colleges of Nursing president and the Hartford Foundation staff officers and others to be determined. The committee meets once per year for a business session.
